Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems – Bluefield State College

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems is available for those students who are seeking an integrative program combining courses in business, information systems, and computer science. Students must complete the business core, 30 hours of business information systems courses, and 17 hours in computer science. Students must complete a minimum of 120 hours. Admission to this program requires a minimum ACT score of 20. Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75 upon the completion of 32 hours to remain in this program. This skill set provided by this program of study is in great demand in today’s business environment. Given the continued digitization of both the private and public sectors, continued high demand for graduates in this field is expected.
