The Master of Education Program strives to further develop and enhance the knowledge base of the practicing professional. As individuals progress though the curriculum, improvement and refinement of professional knowledge bases, reflective analysis of practice, and judgment making capabilities are enhanced and refined.
Additionally, candidates may choose to enroll in coursework for re-certification, to provide greater specialization within one’s field, or for professional advancement.
The Master of Education is a 36 credit hour program specifically designed for licensed or license eligible teachers. The program consists of a 15 credit hour Professional Education core and a 21 credit hour Content Specialization.
